C:\index.htm always pops up whenever i use mozilla firefox?
A internet explorer window comes up named C index.htm and then a advertisement pops up. If i exit it i will appear again in about 30 seconds. I have removed IE and re installed Firefox. I know it is a virus but no security scans come up with anything. Please help its really annoying and firefox is my main browser

Anybody know whats wrong with my computer, I recently recovered my computer because it was going slow and i kept getting this time Warner message when i used my internet saying " Auto provisioning" or something. and Now that i recovered my computer its still the same, i get a " 404 Not found" thing and it says " The requested URL ap index was not found on this server" when i go to google and stuff. Anybody know if its the internet or computer? because some sites allow em to access them but some just say error. You all are so great at producing little known answers, I thought I would throw this one out to the public. I am designing a site for a friend. We found a site that has a searchable list of users and posted in the official forum asking about it but never got an answer. The site we want to replicate is ModelInsiders.com. My friend has a site on a totally different topic a service directory of artisans from the Scarborough Faire genre. All these folks will have profiles with photos of their work. We need to organize them in a directory just like Model Insiders. Does anyone know what adds will do this and how the directory can be displayed on the front page?typo adds addons

Ok I've searched for an answer in different forums and in some posts they say things like just type in the URL mysite.com into the search box While in others they say first type in " SITE " into the search box followed by the URL mysite.comSo this is the questionWhen I type in just the sites name there's some results from bookmarking sites digg, ask, diilo etc.. . Does that mean that my new site has been indexed???Because if I do a search like this " SITE mysite.com" google tells me that no results have been found. Does this mean that my websites did not get indexed??? So in other words what is the correct way to check if a webiste has beed indexed by google???Is it 1 where I just type in the URLOr 2 where I type in " site mysite.com" Thanks guys
